  • CHICKEN SPICE MIX (SALT, PEPPER, RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER POWDER, KASOORI METHI, TANDOORI CHICKEN MASALA)
  • GINGER GARLIC PASTE (1 TBSP)
  • LIME JUICE (½ TBSP)
  • OIL (1 TBSP)
  • PIZZA BASE (1 WHOLE, STORE BOUGHT)
  • PIZZA SAUCE (2-3 TBSP)(HOMEMADE/ STORE BOUGHT)
  • VEGGIES (ONION, TOMATO, BELL PEPPERS)
  • ANY CHEESE OF CHOICE (50G)
  • OREGANO & CHILLI FLAKES.

1] CHOP UP YOUR CHICKEN BREAST INTO SMALL CUBES. MARINATE IT  WITH THE SPICE MIX MENTIONED ABOVE, GINGER GARLIC PASTE, LIME JUICE, GREEK YOGURT AND 1 TBSP OF OIL.

2] TOSS IT IN A PAN AND COOK FOR 8-10 MINUTES ON A MEDIUM FLAME.

3] IN ANOTHER PAN ADD A TOUCH OF BUTTER (OPTIONAL) AND LIGHTLY TOAST YOUR PIZZA BASE ON IT. NEXT, ADD YOUR PIZZA TO THE BASE, TRANSFER YOUR COOKED CHICKEN ON IT, TOP IT OFF WITH THE VEGGIES OF YOUR CHOICE ALONG WITH 50G OF CHEESE AND COVER THE PAN UNTIL THE CHEESE MELTS.

ALTERNATIVE:
