  • BAKING POWDER (½ TSP)
  • OATS (60G)
  • PROTEIN POWDER (1 SCOOP)
  • CHOCOLATE CHIPS (10G),
  • PEANUT BUTTER (1 TBSP)

1] ADD THE BANANAS INTO A MICROWAVE SAFE BOWL/ TRAY, MASH THEM UP AND CRACK OPEN 2 EGGS INTO THIS. NEXT, ADD YOUR VANILLA ESSENCE INTO THIS ALONG WITH THE BAKING POWDER AND MIX WELL

2] ADD 60G OF OATS INTO A BLENDER AND BLEND IT UP TO MAKE OAT FLOUR. ADD THIS FLOUR INTO THE BOWL ALONG WITH 1 SCOOP OF PROTEIN POWDER AND MIX IT ALL UP.

3] TOP THIS OFF WITH 20G OF CHOCOLATE CHIPS AND TOSS IT IN THE MICROWAVE FOR 4-5 MINS.

4] ONCE THE BANANA BREAD IS READY, TOP IT OFF WITH A TBSP OF PEANUT BUTTER AND DIG INTO THIS GUILT FREE DESSERT!!!
