  • CHICKEN BREAST (150G)
  • SEASONING MIX FOR CHICKEN- 1 TSP (RED CHILLI POWDER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO)
  • CORNFLAKES(15-20G) (CRUSHED)
  • SEASONING MIX FOR CORNFLAKES- 1 TSP (RED CHILLI POWDER, ONION POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, SALT, PEPPER, OREGANO)
  • 1 EGG WHITE
  • LETTUCE,
  • BURGER BUN.

KFC SPICY SAUCE:

  • 50G GREEK YOGURT
  • 1 TBSP RED CHILLI SAUCE, PINCH OF (SALT, RED CHILLI POWDER, OREGANO)

1] COAT YOUR CHICKEN BREAST WITH THE CHICKEN SPICE MIX, DIP IT IN THE EGG WHITE THEN COAT IT WITH THE CRUSHED & SEASONED CORNFLAKES.

2] TOSS IT IN THE AIR FRYER (180°C FOR 15-18 MINUTES) OR OVEN BAKE (190°C FOR 20-25 MINUTES)

3] PREPARE THE KFC SPICY SAUCE BY MIXING ALL THE INGREDIENTS MENTIONED ABOVE

4] SPREAD THIS SAUCE ON A TOASTED BURGER BUN, PLACE YOUR COOKED CHICKEN PATTY ON THE BURGER AND TOP IT OFF WITH SOME CHOPPED LETTUCE.
