INGREDIENTS:

  • SOYA GRANULES (60G)
  • BOILED POTATO (1 AND ½ MEDIUM SIZED)
  • SPICE MIX- 1 TSP (RED CHILLI POWDER, GARLIC POWDER, PAPRIKA, SALT, CUMIN POWDER)
  • OIL (1 TBSP)
  • GREEK YOGURT (100G)
  • SCHEZWAN SAUCE (1 TBSP)
  • LIME JUICE (1 TBSP)
  • CORIANDER LEAVES
  • BURGER BUNS (2 WHOLE)
  • LETTUCE
  • CHEESE (2 SLICES)

1] START BY BOILING YOUR SOYA GRANULES IN WATER FOR 5-7 MINS. ONCE THEY ARE READY, RINSE WITH COLD WATER AND SQUEEZE OUT THE EXCESS WATER.

2] TRANSFER YOUR SOYA GRANULES INTO A PLATE, ADD YOUR BOILED POTATOES INTO THIS ALONG WITH THE SPICE MIX AND MASH THIS ALL UP TOGETHER. ONCE YOUR MIXTURE IS MASHED UP AND MIXED WELL, SHAPE THIS INTO 2 BURGER PATTIES.

3] COOK YOUR BURGER PATTIES ON A PAN WITH 1 TBSP OF OIL UNTIL THEY ARE CRISPY AND GOLDEN BROWN ON BOTH SIDES.

4] FOR THE SAUCE, MIX YOUR GREEK YOGURT, SCHEZWAN SAUCE, LIME JUICE AND CORIANDER TOGETHER.

5] FINALLY, ADD SOME LETTUCE TO YOUR TOASTED BURGER BUNS, PLACE YOUR PATTIES ON TOP OF IT, SPREAD THE SAUCE ON YOUR PATTIES, TOP IT OFF WITH 1 SLICE OF CHEESE AND ENJOY THIS HIGH PROTEIN VEGETARIAN DELIGHT!!!
